Operations & Design
Morgan dedicated 16 years to multifamily and mixed-use operations in Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles, reaching a career high as Vice President, Operations with Mack Property Management. While still heavily involved in the industry sitting as Past (2022) President of IREM Western Washington’s board of directors, she combined her operations expertise with her passion for design when founding Morgan Combe Ops & Design in 2021. From new construction lease-ups to renovations to acquisitions and sales, Morgan has a deep understanding of how to effectively staff, program, and operate for maximum return.
Morgan focused her academic training in interior design at The Art Institutes, and brings her unique property management background to the industry. While using a holistic approach to design that comes second nature, she’s honed in on designing with purpose while obsessing the customer/resident experience and reaching client goals. Each project comes to life with the use of texture, lighting, greenery, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
