A new refresh of an Old Town Bellevue multifamily building. Upgrades in the leasing center, resident lounge, corridors and roof top deck give new life to their work-hard-play-hard PNW demographic. Bold and vibrant colors and textures were incorporated in the lounge and rooftop deck to offset the soft tones of wood, slate, and leather in the entrance and corridors. The addition of shuffleboard, wall scrabble, jumbo TV, firepits and cabanas encourage use of these thoughtful spaces.
