WALLY.

A mixed-use building in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood, refreshed at both the unit and rooftop level. Interiors were lightened with quartz counters, marble-look tile, and a two-tone cabinet palette of crisp white over graphite. On the roof, new furniture and fire tables reorganized an existing deck into distinct zones — a sectional lounge, a fireside circle of navy Adirondacks, and a long communal dining table — turning open square footage into places residents actually settle into, with downtown and Lake Union views as the backdrop.
